An easy recipe that I felt a bit 'of time ago, courtesy of Aunt Lucia.
INGREDIENTS: (20muffin approximately) 1 egg
60 g plain yogurt
60g sugar 60 g
seed oil 1 / 2 dl cream (Or milk)
100 g flour 1 / 2 tablespoon baking
salt
PROCEEDINGS
Beat with the electric whisk eggs and sugar and a pinch of salt until everything is well fitted, then add the oil flush by incorporating air.
When the oil is incorporated add the rest mix from top to bottom so as not to remove the compound.
Fill muffin molds and bake until the middle of a conventional oven preheated to 175 ° C for 20 min.
CHANGES:
- you can add chocolate chips to mixture;
- remove 20 g of flour and add cocoa to get about 15 muffins blacks;
- mixing the dough and the white you get some good dark marbled muffins;
- those chocolate are wonderful if you add bits of pear (cooking will be slightly longer);
- you can flavor anything with vanilla, lemon or orange peel, cinnamon, etc.
- if you use a fruit yogurt to reduce the dose of 10-15 g of sugar as the yopgurt of this type are already sweetened.
you ever had to make a few canes and then not use it for a long time? Or use the forward and there a lot of that ends up in oblivion?
Well that happened to me lots of times! After a few months unfortunately murrina dry and cut it becomes a play (at least happens to those carried out with kato)!
Do not worry about the solution exists and is simply put the dog on a radiator or other heat a bit 'with a hair dryer. You will see then that will cut smoothly as it had just done. It can help to reduce it a little 'to close the cracks and shrink the crumb that form inside.
At the end I could not resist, I will join another giveaway, we hope that this time will be better, and then up for grabs are the wonderful creations of rainbowproject (his nik is no longer knittingturnip) sorceress of Amigurumi!
The awards for the top three then. ... Fingers crossed !!!!!
Here I am after the holiday season (although officially ends with the Epiphany) with a full load of food that would suffice for the hibernation of about ten bears!
Today I want to show one of the things I got for Christmas.
A Dremel with a box of tools, of course, not original (6 € at Lidl).
Finally I can polish my pearl without becoming silly! already implemented the scartavetratura aided by electric toothbrush but I was never satisfied with the end result and I was always shining, sincerely on certain parts is not the best. Even with hand polishing cloths not much benefit (in addition to being laborious!)
I tried to use the floppy felt in the pack but at high speed dig holes and leave too and at low speeds are limited to remove a layer without too much polish. This can be useful when it gets dirty white hairs and remove annoying that every time you attack, it must however be very careful because you could end up with a pearl in steps.
disappointed by this initial test my mind has fished out of the tutorial that I saw last year. Were used scraps of cotton or jeans attached to a power tool.
I've tried and I the result was amazing !!!!!
Here is a little tutorial to make your personal polisher. (Of course you must have a Dremel or similar).
In my box of tools there was this "gadgets." It is nothing but a screw inserted into the holder.
Cut from old sheets, kitchen cloths, jeans etc. (if they are careful to stretch tank tops are not very good) of the circles of 3-4 cm in diameter and bucarli in the center.
Pass the pieces cotton in the screw and fix everything.
WARNING: blue jeans can lose color. The cotton headbands sfilaccerà using it but it is normal! Even the original Dremel (which cost € 6 each !!!!!!!) have the same problem.
I tried to make a picture for you to see the difference between a pearl and an untreated polished but I'm afraid that does not make quite the idea.
I assure you, however, that the difference is amazing live both to the touch!
